Our premier Professional Development program allows individual contributors, people managers, and senior leaders to bridge the gap between management science research and their team’s working practices.
Individual Contributors
During these sessions, we guide employees in thinking through how they can best leverage their non-working hours to improve cognitive resource recovery and reduce stress levels back to baseline. Between sessions, employees are encouraged to engage in High Quality Time-Off experiences and measure the impact on burnout and engagement.
People Managers
During these sessions, people managers self-assess where their team is against the Six Areas of Work (workload, control, reward, community, fairness, and values). They then select areas of focus along the Six Areas of Work and work to resolve the root of their gaps. Our team supports managers in implementing research-based solutions that addresses identified gaps over the course of the program.
Of all the virtual team events we have panned, this was one of the most impactful and offered an opportunity to truly connect with colleagues and address a huge issue many people are facing.” - Manager, Wrike
